Welcome to NCDRV. By accessing, registering for, or using our enterprise cloud storage and file-sharing platform, you ("Client", "User", or "Enterprise") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.
NCDRV provides online storage, file management, and sharing capabilities for enterprises. Our services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. NCDRV makes no guarantees regarding platform uptime, speed, or uninterrupted access.
To clarify liability, the following table outlines the responsibilities of both parties:

Users are strictly prohibited from using NCDRV to upload, share, or store:
Malicious software, viruses, or ransomware.
Copyright-infringing materials or stolen intellectual property.
Illegal, highly sensitive, or non-compliant data (unless specifically covered by a separate localized enterprise agreement).
Content that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure (spamming, crypto-mining scripts, etc.).
NCDRV reserves the absolute right to suspend accounts or delete files immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we suspect a violation of these rules.
NCDRV expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be secure, error-free, or resilient against cyber-attacks or data breaches.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NCDRV, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to:
Total or partial loss of data, corrupted files, or data breaches.
Business interruption, loss of profits, or loss of business reputation.
Costs of procuring substitute services.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using NCDRV.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NCDRV from any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
NCDRV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your enterprise account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you may lose access to all stored data, and NCDRV has no obligation to retain or return your files.
