This Privacy Policy explains how NCDRV collects, uses, and protects information when enterprises ("Clients" or "Users") utilize our cloud storage and file-sharing platform.
NCDRV distinguishes between the data you provide to create an account and the files you upload to our servers:
Account Data (NCDRV is Controller): We collect your name, enterprise email, billing details, and IP address to manage your subscription.
Uploaded Content (NCDRV is Processor): Any files, documents, or personal data you store on NCDRV are owned and controlled by you. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right and necessary consents to store and process this data on our servers.

While NCDRV implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, no system is entirely secure. * NCDRV does not guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, hacking, or data breaches.
By using the platform, the Client acknowledges that uploading highly sensitive data is done entirely at their own risk. NCDRV accepts zero liability for any leaked, compromised, or lost data.
NCDRV will never sell your enterprise data or user content to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share information under the following strict conditions:
Infrastructure Partners: With trusted sub-processors (e.g., data center hosting providers) necessary to operate the platform.
Legal Compliance: If required by a valid subpoena, court order, or government request, NCDRV reserves the right to disclose Account Data or User Content. Where legally permitted, we will attempt to notify the Client before disclosure.
Active Accounts: We retain your uploaded content as long as your enterprise account remains active and in good standing.
Termination: Upon account cancellation, termination for terms violation, or non-payment, NCDRV reserves the right to permanently delete all stored User Content. It is the Client's sole responsibility to extract their data prior to termination.
